Sunday ("we," "us") offers an optional text message program so members can receive their weekly date link and related account notifications by SMS. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
If you opt in, we send you your private Sunday date link each week, plus occasional related notifications (such as a reminder that your date is starting). These are the "Sunday match texts."
Texting is entirely optional. During signup, after you enter your phone number, you'll see a separate, unchecked box that reads:
I agree to receive SMS messages from Sunday: about 1 message a week with your video date link, plus occasional account notifications like a date-time reminder. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
You must actively check that box to consent. If you don't, you still receive every date detail by email, so texting is never required to use Sunday.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Sunday does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get a confirmation and we won't text you again unless you re-subscribe. You can also turn texting off anytime in your profile.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network.
